Founded in 1766, Christie’s is a world-leading art and luxury business with a physical presence in 46 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Renowned for its live and online auctions, as well as bespoke private sales, Christie’s is a trusted expert across more than 80 art and luxury product categories.
We worked closely with Christie’s to create a video for potential selling clients. The video details Christie’s seamless experience while emphasizing the knowledge, diligence, and care with which each piece is transported, stored, marketed, and sold.
In trusted hands
The video’s core visual concept highlights the hands of Christie’s experts, shepherding fine art, luxury products, and other objects through every stage of the selling journey. We partnered with the production company Ever to film at Christie’s New York headquarters—capturing able hands in action, from art handlers to watch specialists.
An orchestrated effort
Through dynamic video editing we added existing, iconic Christie’s footage, while bespoke illustrations by the painter and designer Na Kim added texture and depth. A lively yet sophisticated original sound composition by Joakim Bouaziz brought the video’s full narrative to life.
