Design your love bracelet

The LOVE bracelet, an iconic piece of jewelry since its creation in New York in 1969, now comes in more than 50 different versions varying in size, material, and finish—making it difficult to choose when shopping online. To make the process easier, we partnered with Cartier to create a guided product configurator that helps customers explore all available options and personalization features to find their perfect fit.

Find your love

The configuration options use progressive disclosure, showing only the most essential choices at first. As users make selections, additional layers of customization appear step by step, keeping the process clear and manageable. This approach reduces complexity and supports easier, more confident decision-making.

80% of customers interact with the mobile touch point before making a purchase. This made it crucial that the configurator works smoothly across all screen sizes.

Between configuration steps, subtle visual and textual hints are introduced to guide the user. These cues help clarify differences that might not be immediately obvious, and provide light explanations where needed.

Once the customer has designed the bracelet, they are presented with a summary page that highlights each selection. This review step reinforces their choices and provides additional context where needed. By allowing customers to revisit and confirm their design, the experience strengthens confidence in their purchase.
